1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Irreplaceable , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the platform or use any of its services.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
You must use a valid Google account to authenticate and use Irreplaceable . You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Irreplaceable provides a sandboxed environment for evaluating engineering code. You explicitly agree not to:
- Submit malicious code, malware, or destructive payloads.
- Attempt to bypass, exploit, or break out of the secure code-execution sandbox.
- Use the platform to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Submit code that violates the intellectual property of others.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Code: You retain ownership of the code you submit. By submitting code, you grant Irreplaceable a worldwide, royalty-free license to execute, analyze, and store your code solely for the purpose of generating your capability benchmarks and scores.
Our Platform: The UI, scoring algorithms, challenges, and overall platform design are the exclusive property of Irreplaceable and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Irreplaceable utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (including third-party LLMs) to evaluate and score your code. While we strive for absolute accuracy, AI systems can be unpredictable. Capability scores are provided. Irreplaceable is not legally liable for any lost job opportunities, missed promotions, or disputes arising from your benchmark scores.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irreplaceable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
