  • Personal Information: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect basic profile data such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Platform Data: We collect and store your code submissions, challenge results, battle history, capability scores, and evaluation metadata.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect standard information such as IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics to help us optimize the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
  • Provide the core service of evaluating your engineering code and generating your capability benchmark.
  • Maintain your public or private leaderboard rankings and capability profiles.
  • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our UI and scoring algorithms.

3. Third-Party AI Integrations (Important)

To provide state-of-the-art capability evaluations, Irreplaceable integrates with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers such as OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Anthropic (Claude).

Code Transmission: The code you submit during challenges is transmitted to these third-party APIs for analysis. We specifically utilize enterprise API tiers that explicitly prohibit these third parties from retaining your code or using it to train their own generalized public models. Your proprietary algorithms remain safe.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and capability profile for as long as your account is active. You have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will purge your code submissions, battle history, and personal identifiable information from our active databases within 30 days.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in securely during your sessions. We do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies that track you across the web.
